About Us
The YMCA of Southwestern Ontario is dedicated to the enrichment of our communities through growth in spirit, mind, and body for people of all backgrounds, beliefs, and abilities. Our Employment Programs, including Y Works and Y Opportunities, assist youth and people with disabilities in learning employability skills and connecting effectively with employers. Additionally, our Integrated Employment Services, funded by Employment Ontario, connects job seekers to case managers who provide advice, support, and guidance during their career development journey.
