OPTION 1: Chicken Provençal - Frenched chicken breast encrusted with herbs de Provence, accompanied by whipped garlic potatoes, roasted Mediterranean vegetables with roasted fig jus.
OPTION 2: (Dairy Free, Vegetarian, Gluten Free) Vegetable Tower - Layered roasted vegetables, Portobello mushrooms, black beans, potato rosti served on a bed of quinoa pilaf and tomato sauce.
All meals include field greens salad, rolls, butter and a foil chocolate on a coffee saucer.

Description
The Windsor-Essex Chamber ATHENA Committee will recognize the 2023 ATHENA Scholarship Recipients at this luncheon. Hilda MacDonald, Warden of Essex County and Mayor of Leamington will speak on "Lessons from Beyond the Glass Ceiling".
