On November 6\, 2025\, Hicks Morley lawyers Stephanie Savoni and Jessica Toldo will lead a members' complimentary lunch and learn session on "Navigating Workplace Risk"\, where they will cover legal obligations in health\, safety\, and mental well-being.  Participants will learn about navigating these challenges from an occupational health and safety and WSIB perspective. She is the chair of the firm's Workplace Safety and Insurance Practice Group. Her practice has been dedicated exclusively to representing employers in workplace safety and insurance law matters for the past 20 years.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJessica Toldo is a labour and employment lawyer in Hicks Morley's London office. She provides advice to employers and management in both the private and public sectors on labour\, employment and human rights issues. This includes labour disputes\, grievance arbitrations\, human rights and accommodation.
